While this is still under investigation, our developers have discovered a workaround by inviting your employees using their email address.
You can follow these steps to invite them:
- Log in to your Intuit account in QuickBooks Desktop.
- From the Company menu, select My Company.
- Click on Sign in on the top right corner.
- Then, log in using your Intuit ID and password.

- Open QuickBooks.
- Go to Help.
- Choose Support and click on the Contact us link under Additional Resources.
