@David-212915 the worst part of this whole thing is that you and your service reps think you are dealing with new users. Your cut and paste answers and your videos and references to the Q&A page is just insulting and frustrating for those us who have been using QB for decades.
I assure you that "reduces usage" is NOT what appears and looks like even corp has its reps bamboozled too! Here's a pic from a live QB account for you to compare to your sample company which shows the opposite of what you stated. Seems like either your sample company or the live memo should be fixed because it is conflicting information.
