Thanks Zach, but there is no icon to the left of my From field. There is only a dropdown arrow that lets you hide the From address.
You are describing the old WorldShip platform which was wonderful and I already miss terribly.
May I suggest telling your superiors that they should leave the WorldShip active till these bugs are worked out? My boss is talking switching software entirely because of this issue and I have zero interest in doing that.
