Since none of the troubleshooting steps are working and the check box isn't allowing you to put a check in it, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team for further assistance. 

 

  1. Go to the Help menu. 
  2. Press the QuickBooks Desktop help/Contact us
  3. Enter your question. 
  4. Tap Get a callback
