For over 4 years on this thread customers are asking for the ability to be able to have some control on what shows up on a customer’s statement so it’s easily discernible by the customer. This feature exists on many e-commerce platforms and has for a long time. I often use another payment processor outside of QuickBooks for this very reason. This should be addressed. If it was a priority for intuit, it would’ve been done.
