I can't believe this worked. I've been going crazy for weeks with this issue, called QB help several times and they couldn't figure it out. It's Incredible that we're in Oct. of 2025 and QB has yet to fix this glitch. I wonder how many other people losing sleep and time over the same issue. I will try to report it and hopefully QB will get this fixed.
