This can be done directly through your QuickBooks account. If you're using the Online version, here's how:
1. Click the Help button in the top right corner.
2. Choose Contact Us at the bottom of the panel.
3. Enter Support in the field, and click Continue.
4. From here you can choose to schedule a callback for a time that is convenient to you.
