Just wanted to say to Quickbooks:
Stop updating the software interface. Here's how we get fast at our job: we know the software well and move swiftly to complete tasks. Quickbooks repeatedly and almost annually robs customers of becoming good at our jobs, by completely re-arranging the interface and workflow.
Your complete rearrangement of the tools disrupts our workflow, hamstrings us from doing our jobs, and makes it impossible to get good at the software. On top of that - if we need help, the support answers are all based on a version from several years ago. Your overseas phone support is also at a disadvantage, unable to keep up with these petty re-arrangements of the software.
For literally no reason but for some CEO to congratulate himself on a "new" development. No other company - Adobe, Google, Microsoft Office, Salesforce - repeatedly cripples their customers from a steady, rapid workflow on a regular basis. You are the winner in this category.
