I appreciate you getting back to this thread and providing that extra detail, Erss.

 

Seeing as you've already gone through the troubleshooting steps that my colleague recommended, and the error is isolated to a single customer. 

 

Let's try to create a new customer profile. Then, we can create a new transaction to print it to see if the error is profile-specific.

 

If the issue is already fixed, we can go ahead and merge your customer's old profile with the new one.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. In the Customer Center, identify the duplicates and decide which name to keep.
  2. Right-click the name you'll want to remove and select Edit Customer: Job.
  3. Rename the duplicate by replacing its current name with the exact spelling of the customer you're keeping.
  4. Select Ok.

 

From there, a confirmation prompt will appear, you can then click Yes to combine the two records.

 

However, if the issue persists, you may consider upgrading your QuickBooks Desktop version, as this is caused by compatibility issues.
