Since you're still unable to print on check sized paper, I'd recommend continuing to get in touch with our Customer Care team. They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment, conduct further research with you, and create an investigation ticket if necessary.
They can be reached while using QuickBooks.
Here's how:
- In the top menu bar, go to Help, then QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
- Use your Search questions, keywords, or topics field to enter a question or topic you need help with.
- Select Contact Us.
Be sure to review their support hours so you'll know when agents are available.
