"Give feedback" tool in QuickBooks Online Advanced

I've been using the "Give feedback" feature for about a year, in QuickBooks Online Advanced. I have never been able to "take a screenshot" using the tool. I always get a message window showing the tool attempting to take the screenshot, and then a "Whoops!" message window indicating that something went wrong. I always end up having to take screenshots manually, then uploading, which is time-consuming.

 

Does anyone else experience this issue? I wish they'd improve the "Give feedback" tool so that it worked properly.
