You can't save an individual sale, such as a single invoice or sales receipt, to a thumb drive as a separate, viewable file, TripleP.

If you only need a record of a specific sale or a report of multiple sales to view in a different program, you can export the report to Excel or a PDF and then save that file to your thumb drive.

Here's how:

  1. Open the Reports menu and choose the report you need, like Sales by Customer Summary or Transaction List by Date. Apply filters if needed to focus on specific sales.
  2. Click the Excel button at the top to export the data as a new worksheet, or click the Print button and choose Save as PDF.
  3. When saving, select your thumb drive as the location and give the file a clear, descriptive name.

Alternatively, I recommend creating a backup of your entire company file and saving that backup to a thumb drive. This method is the safest and most reliable way to protect your data.
