In Square connector ap, the tutorials say that I can select whether trx information individually or group as a full day batch deposit. I wasn't given optn, how change?

I get 200 tiny transactions in a day and I would love to batch them together for a full day deposit rather than each individual transaction. QBO didn't give me the choice when setting up Square Connector App. How do I change settings now that it's set up?
