In advanced quickbooks for employee claims reimbursement. when I click approval, I get the error "Something is not working : cannot read properties of undefined default?

I had approved an employee expense claims earlier and it worked fine. Default may have not been the last word in the error ..it cut off the end. It did download to intuit but could it be something the employee set up wrong in workforce?
