Since you mentioned that the support options are also blank, I recommend contacting our Live Support team through our available QuickBooks Test Drive.

 

When you open the Test Drive, it will prompt you to log in using your QuickBooks account credentials. Once you're in, navigate to the Help menu or click the question mark icon in the upper right corner. Then, select the Search tab and click the Contact Us button at the bottom. Provide a brief description of your issue, select Continue, and you will have the option to choose either Have us call you or Chat with a support representative.
