You're right. Adding the Recurring sales receipt to your favorites does not include the existing template itself, but rather a link to create a new transaction. I understand how having the actual template in your favorites would be more convenient for quicker access.
For this, I highly recommend sharing your thoughts directly with our product engineers. Customer insights play a key role in shaping future improvements and new features in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Here’s how you can submit feedback:
- Navigate to Settings by clicking the gear icon.
- Under the Profile column, select Feedback.
- Enter your comments or product suggestions.
- Then select Next to submit feedback.
