If the problem continues, you can use the Verify & Rebuild tool. This checks your company file for possible errors and fixes them quickly. Follow these steps:
To Verify:
- Go to the File menu and select Utilities.
- Select Verify Data, then select OK to close all windows.
- After you check your data, you can rebuild your company file to fix any errors or problems that are found.
To Rebuild:
- Go back to the File menu and select Utilities.
- Select Rebuild Data, then select OK to close all windows.
