I moved the 14.5Gb attach folder back in the same directory where all the QB files & main qb company files are on the server. I uninstalled quickbooks enterprise 2024 (r15_71) on the computer. then downloaded Qb enterprise 2024 from https://downloads.quickbooks.com/app/qbdt/products?productName=QuickBooks%20Desktop%20Enterprise&edi... and after installing, without updating, the version was R15_27. The server still has the full version of Qb enterprise 2024 R15_71. QB DB manager runs on this server. QB R15_27 does NOT have any performance issues, except what is considered "normal" when it comes to quickbooks. So looks like R15_27 works.
