I just had this problem pop up for the first time on 7/1/2025 in QB Desktop Pro 2019.
Sidenote: I initially reached out to Intuit online chat support hoping for a know solution. I was told by Czarina A. that my version was too outdated, not supported and that I need to switch to a QB Online Subscription. It's not an option for our small business that has used QB Desktop Pro for 25+ years. We have waaayyy too much data stored in our file to start all over.
I truly appreciate this amazing community resource!
