I’ve had the same issue for over a week. I spent 2hrs on the phone with support and then the “manager”. He informed me that the app is provided by a third party and they don’t offer support for that. They encouraged me to only use quick books through a web browser. This just doesn’t work for my work. I was also told that there was no one else further up the line to speak to. Not sure why a company this big refuses to stand behind their product. Very frustrating to say the least

Agreed! It’s not working again, it’s crazy how glitchy it is for the price.

I have had the same issue since Friday June06/2025. This really needs more attention and this type of issue should not last this long.

I think it has a lot to do with cell signal in the area. QB is terrible. I can get on browser and all other apps on my phone and only get on qb when I have more than 3 bars. Sometimes not even then. I have to tell customers I’ll invoice them once I get better coverage and not get paid right away.

I appreciate you notifying us about your situation, Taylored energy.
To confirm, have you already tried the recommendations on this thread about clearing the app's data? If not yet, I suggest eliminating them to narrow down the result. Refer to the steps below.
Android devices:
- Open your device's Settings.
- Choose Applications or App Manager (depending on the device).
- Locate and select the QuickBooks Mobile app from the list.
- Tap on Storage, then Clear Data.
iPhone devices:
- Go to your device's Settings.
- Choose General and select iPhone Storage.
- Locate and pick the QuickBooks Mobile app from the list.
- Tap Offload App. This option hides the app and refreshes its data while retaining essential utilities.
- Unhide the app by reinstalling it from the App Store.
If you get the same result, I suggest updating the app to its latest release from the Google Play Store or the App Store. You can also consider uninstalling and reinstalling it if the problem persists.
However, if you've already performed the troubleshooting procedures above and still encountered the problem, I recommend contacting our Live Support Team. This way, the issue preventing the app from opening fully will be identified and resolved thoroughly.
Alternatively, you can access your QuickBooks account on your device's web browser. Doing so, you can continue managing your business activities on the platform.
If you have more questions, don't hesitate to get back to this thread.
