How do you turn off these types of suggestions to prevent this from happening in the future?
I was on the phone for a while on Thursday with QBO reps., and again on Friday for an hour with a different rep. I've asked (demanded) several times for them to remove AI, remove BETA, and leave my defaults alone. There is no option for turning it off. It's the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen.
