Thanks for reaching back out on this thread.
If you're not able to see the "Shipping Manager" option when using the steps in this guide, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team for further assistance. Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu.
- Select the QuickBooks Desktop Help option.
- Press the Contact Us button.
- Enter your question and hit Let's talk.
- Scroll down and choose to Get a callback.
