I hear your sentiments, Glskunks. QuickBooks Online (QBO) has been gradually rolling out invoice software updates to 15% of our users.
To ensure that your default message appears on your invoices, manually select the Default option from the dropdown menu when sending them.
I also suggest reviewing your Audit Log to ensure that no unauthorized changes have been made to your account.
Here's how:
- Log into your QBO account.
- Go to the Gear icon, then choose Audit log.
- Use the fields on the Filter panel to select the applicable User, Date, or Events filter to narrow the results.
