We ran the condense data report this morning. The issue is still there. However, Quickbooks is much faster. I appreciate your suggestion. I dropped the screen shot for the lot numbers as a visual. I have researched the lot number issues and most of them are years old. those past years are closed in accounting and corrections cannot be made. I would appreciate if someone at Intuit can provide another solution. It cause an issues when invoices are being recorded and the drop down box for the lot numbers show all the Positive lot numbers. The team is aware which are real and not however, the information provided is not correct and I'd like to have this situation resolved. Anyone have any other ideas or solutions?
