The error code -81624 you encountered while trying to resubscribe for your client in QBO Accountant indicates that you aren't the Master Admin and don't have access to manage the company's billing. In this case, you'll need to ask your client or the Master Amin to complete the resubscription process.

 

However, if you are the one managing your client's billing and still encounter this error message, we can access your account in a private browser. This could be due to the browser's stored cache. Accessing your account in a private window ensures that no cached data or cookies interfere with the session.

 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts we can use depending on the browser you're using:

 

  • Safari 11 or newer: +Shift+N
  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N
