USELESS "support". Intuit does not listen to their customers, PERIOD.

you have COST ME WORK by not allowing the removal of pricing from emails in HUGE BLOCK LETTERS LIKE THIS. CUSTOMERS SEE THIS AND DO NOT WANT TO BOTHER!!!
As for your "suggestion" to send as html? THEN THEY HAVE NO WAY TO PAY USING THE LINKS.
