Intuit never do what they say they will. I have called 3 times (almost two hours each time) to resolve a class tracking issue which doesnt work), last call I was promised a call back in one hour, that was 4 hours ago and Im still waiting. QBO is garbage, released way too early with too many bugs and then they cancel every other version that does work! Money grab! Im on the hunt for something that works and I can feel confident that the numbers I am looking at are what they should be.
