To prevent the invalid product code error, please ensure you enter the correct product code. You can find it in the purchase confirmation email if purchased online or on the packaging if purchased in retail stores. Alternatively, you can access the code via CAMPS if you have registered the product.
Once installed successfully, you'll be prompted to enter an activation code, which you can find online.
Additionally, POS version 19.0 has been discontinued as of October 23, 2023. Therefore, you will no longer receive any security patches or updates from us.
