So, this issue is the same as all other issues with Quickbooks Online - it is unavailable and there is no plan to correct the deficiencies in the program. Got it.
Very sad that my 2014 Quickbooks Desktop could run circles around Quickbooks Online. Unfortunately, it didn't run without crashing my Windows 10 computer.
