Other questions

I appreciate you reaching out with your concerns regarding specific access to vendor credit items in the QuickBooks Enterprise Suite, Concretetools. We can create a dedicated user role specifically for viewing and managing vendor credit items, without the risk of exposing other sensitive information. Let me to provide you with the steps to create this role.

  1. Go to the Company menu, then select Users
  2. Select Set Up Users and Roles.
  3. In the Role List tab, click on New to create a new role.
  4. Enter Vendor Credit Items in the Role Name field.
  5. Click OK to save the new role name.
  6. Select View permissions and put a check for the role you created.
  7. Click Display.

Once everything is set up, you can invite your employees. Upon sending the invitation, your employees will receive an email prompting them to join. You will be notified via email once they accept the invitation. If they do not receive the invite, you have the option to select Resend invitation.
