I appreciate you highlighting this matter in the Community, Mnalaboff. The missing vendor list is likely caused by app connectivity, resulting in unusual behavior in the QuickBooks app. Let's explore how to resolve this and ensure your app runs smoothly again.
To begin with, we can clear your app data on your mobile device to reset the app to its default state.
For iOS:
- Go to the Settings, then tap General.
- Tap iPhone Storage, then tap the QuickBooks Online app.
- Click the Offload App.
- This will free up the storage without deleting your app's documents and data.
For android:
- Close and restart the app.
- Clear the app data. You can follow these steps:
- Open your device Settings.
- Tap the Apps (varies by device).
- Choose the QuickBooks app from the list, then select Storage.
- Select clear data.
I also recommend uninstalling and reinstalling your QuickBooks mobile app to ensure you have the latest updated version.
Additionally, you can still manage your transactions using the QuickBooks Online website through your web browser in the meantime.
I'll also include this article for you to run and track your categorized expenses in QBO: Run a report in QuickBooks Online.
