Welcome to the Community, johnbee.
I'd be glad to provide you with some information regarding automating and scheduling the report to export in CSV file via QuickBooks Desktop.
Automating and scheduling the report is currently not an option in QuickBooks Desktop. You'll need to open and export the report into CSV file manually.
To export a report:
- Open the report.
- Select the Excel drop-down at the top of the report.
- Select Create New Worksheet.
- On the Send Report to Excel window, select Create a comma separated values (.csv) file.
- Select Export.
- Assign a file name, then choose the location where you want to save the file.
- Locate, open, and edit the file as needed.
Here's a helpful article that provides detailed information about exporting and importing CSV files in QuickBooks Online: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/community/Help-Articles/Import-export-CSV-files/td-p/201366.
