We are also having a very similar on a brand new laptop connected wirelessly to the network. We've done all the network troubleshooting we can and improved as much as possible. There aren't any network issues and the server hosting the company file host many company files and no one else is haven't the same issue.
We had no issue prior to replacing the existing laptop with anew Win 11 laptop.
