Just wait. You're NOT going to like the fix. See below, I copied from the link I got when I restarted QB. I can't do this until after business hours because the backup, rebuild and verify have to be ran in Single User Mode. I can't close my company for over an hour for this mess.
- Back up the QuickBooks company file.
- From the Reports menu, select Memorized Reports > Memorized Report List.
- From the Memorized Report dropdown arrow, select New Group.
- Enter Z Do Not Use in the Name field, then OK.
- Move all the reports that do not work to that group:
- Right-click an affected report, then select Edit Memorized Report.
- Select the Save in Memorized Report Group checkbox.
- From the Save in Memorized Report Group dropdown arrow, select Z Do Not Use.
- Repeat for all affected memorized reports.
- Create 15 to 20 new memorized reports and save them in the Z Do Not Use group.
Note: The new reports should occupy the damaged slots in the Memorized Report List. The number of reports required varies by file. - Select the Memorized Report > Re-sort List > OK on the message that follows.
- Close and reopen QuickBooks.
- Recreate and memorize the reports you need.
