Invoicing Workaround - Reducing Time and Preventing Crashes
Despite the ongoing issue with mass invoicing, I've developed a temporary solution that has improved my efficiency.
Workaround Details:
I've organized customers into groups within the "Memorized" section of QuickBooks. Instead of sending all invoices at once by processing everyone and having them all the the send queue all at the same time, I process and email them in smaller, manageable batches. This method has reduced the processing time from a day and a half to half of a day.
For groups exceeding 50 recipients in the send queue, I've found that sending emails in queues of 50-60 recipients at a time avoids QuickBooks crashes and freezes. Note: The smaller the group sitting in the send queue the faster it sends them out.
This workaround may be beneficial to others experiencing similar challenges until QuickBooks finds a solution to finally get this resolved.
