After an hour or so on the phone with tech support last night, I did get a fix!! I had only done the updates on my computer and not on the Server computer in our office, so the tech deleted Quickbooks from my computer and then downloaded and reinstalled it to my computer. This worked!!! I have all of my memorized reports back in
the correct format, THANK GOODNESS! Call technical support and ask if this can be done while they work on the fix for this. What a freaking nightmare.
