The inability to customize packing slips was the last straw for us two years ago. We switched back to QB Desktop after a month, but now that Desktop is going up in price significantly AGAIN we have to once again consider Online.
When will this be fixed? There are so many issues with QB Online, and none of them seem to get fixed!
