So, I asked RightWorks if restoring my file from Friday would help with this problem.
They said, "This was a version and payroll update Intuit sent out a few days ago. So, rolling back would not affect the new version of the application."
I'm terrified to find out what it has done to payroll!
So, it seems that Intuit must realize that all their advice to 'CONTACT SUPPORT' will accomplish nothing and is a stall tactic to try to keep the minions under control until they actually deal with this.
Tell me if I'm wrong.
