Well, we have the impression that QuickBooks Reports are broken because they're broken. So, really, if Intuit didn't want customers to have the impression that the product is broken, they wouldn't break it - especially in such drastic and obvious and easy to see ways - in a highly used feature like reports!

 

I haven't updated, so I don't see the issue yet, but from all of the descriptions here it's pretty bad.  I wonder how a team of software experts tasked with changing the reports didn't notice that they're not working anymore before shipping their broken reports?
