Thanks for chiming in on this thread about correcting a 1099 through QuickBooks Online. 

 

Since you were able to do a correction on one but now you're receiving an error on another, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Support Team for further assistance. They have other tool to help review your account with your to see why this is happening. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner. 
  2. Press the Contact Us button. 
  3. Enter your question and hit let's talk
  4. Scroll down and choose to Get a callback
