We are in the process of purchasing a company that currently runs on Quickbooks Enterprise v23 i believe, We only want to export the last 5 years of data from Enterprise.
You can install the trial version of QB Desktop 2023 Enterprise on your local computer. Ask the old owner to send you their backup file (QBB) and you will restore it locally. Then you will run the Condense Data utility to keep only the last 5 years of data and you are ready to convert to QB Online. You can use the trial version to access their historical data for good.
