This happened to me as well. I've spent all day online with Quickbooks online to no avail.

How is this happening? I contacted support through my QBO account, they told me via the official QBO chat that this was a data file issue. Theypassed me off to a third-party service which took over the remote session from my original representative, actually fixed my initial issue, then bounced.
