What an interesting message today, Alex125. I have been on vacation the past couple of days. I went in to send an invoice today and "magically" the name is back on the invoices. I had given up on Intuit a while back and added the employee name to the Product/Service code..so now I have the employee's name showing up twice on the invoices..which..will cause more work; however, you have definitely escalated issue..and 'maybe' we have a resolution. Thank you!
