Okay, this is happening to us as well. We received a payment from a longtime client on the 30th, and it is still "in review" almost a week later. Yes we checked our emails, and not there is not information at all. The "helpful" chatbots just run you around in circles and offer similarly infuriating advice, like links on how to run a basic accounting report - as if we started running a business yesterday.
I've been trying to get in touch with a human to talk about this for days, so the line they gave you about their west-coast customer service hours is a lie. Quickbooks has been raising their rates for years, and the service gets worse each time.
My next email is to my attorney general. I recommend you do the same.
