Have had the QB Online support team try 4 times unsuccessfully to import our company file. If the QB staff can’t do it, QB Online is a complete failure. Assisted Payroll told me that if you switch to online during the accounting year, you will wind up with two places and accounts to get W-2s and quarterly IRS reports.
Intuit is throwing desktop users under the bus.
