At the moment, there is no available option to block pop-ups in the QuickBooks Online Desktop app, @financeteam1.
As an alternative, you can adjust your screen resolution to 1024x768 or higher and set the dots-per-inch (DPI) to "Normal" or "100%" or ensure the app is in full screen mode while working so that the X icon is fully visible for closing the pop-ups.
In the meantime, we encourage you to submit your request to our software engineers using the feedback option. Here’s how:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online account using your web browser.
- Go to the Gear icon at the top.
- Select Feedback.
- Enter your comments or product suggestions.
- Then click Next to submit feedback.
