Good day, @coppens1. I'd like to know what QuickBooks product you're using so you can apply the appropriate troubleshooting and how we can adjust your screen. Let me provide the resolution for the display issue for QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) and Online (QBO).

For QBDT, let's first change the display settings or QuickBooks. Here's how:

  1. Close your QBDT and open the Windows Start menu.
  2. Enter "QuickBooks"  into the search bar. Then, right-click the QuickBooks icon, and pick the Open file location.
  3. Right-click the QuickBooks.exe file from the folder and select Properties.
  4. Go to the Compatibility tab.
  5. Select the Disable display scaling on the high DPI settings checkbox. You can also select Change high DPI settings and then Override high DPI scaling behavior.
  6. Once done, click on Apply and then OK.

Open QuickBooks, then check your deposit sheet to see if the Record button exists. If the issue persists, you can adjust your view preferences. For more information, see this article: Fix screen issues in QuickBooks Desktop.

If you have the QBO product, you can check your browser's zoom settings. You can click these links based on what you're using:

Moreover, your computer's display settings are important so QBO can display all pages properly. Here are the requirements that should be met:

  • Screen resolution set to 1024x768 or higher
  • Dots-per-inch (DPI) set to "Normal" or "100%"

You can visit this article for more details: Unable to see the entire page in QuickBooks Online.
