They also have the temerity to claim that the issue raised by the OP is now 'SOLVED'. but it isn't. Its an outright lie. No changes have been made so this issue is not solved. QBO/Intuit just keep trotting out the Bs corporate responses. I can't understand why they refuse to explain the removal of the feature, which I originally had access to. One day it just disappeared from the menu. It was the only route to create a custom invoice template (to export the standard one to Word and modify it and re-import). It was super clunky workaround, but at least it worked. QBO invoice tool is terrible, designed by a total tool IMO. Happily they burn development time re-arranging menu items and promoting in-app extension purchases etc but simple, useful stuff dies and with it my patience with QBO.
