Typical bullsht response from QBO. Simple features removed, no explanation and no indication that it will be reinstated. I have been asking for this feature to be reinstated for years yet its ignored. Our invoices have out of date addresses, empty columns and outdated formatting etc on them and we can't remove or edit anything. The QBO invoice template designer is total crap. The feedback system is totally ineffective. What QBO are good though are increasing the subscription rates... (now sat here awaiting the predictably tedious QBO bs response saying 'we really understand your concern', 'thanks for reaching out', 'please leave feedback', 'your satisfaction is my top priority'....yawn.
