Intuit as a company does not give a s h i t about its customers. I am a very early adopter of QB and have watched over the last five years as the company has solely focused on revenue at all costs. The price increases have been nothing more than an exercise to line the pockets of the executives and shareholders. This is proven simply by looking at the primary shareholders of the stock. Personally, I am in the process of moving a significant number of clients several 100 from Intuit products to other software. Intuit's reply, sorry to see you go but nothing beyond that. There is a sucker born everyday and anyone using Intuit products getting stuck on the subscription service is sucker. Not to mention the now actively try to take "partner" clients from users. Intuit was an amazing company at one time - now it is truly a steaming pile of s h it. It is sad because they have some great people working there who are treated horribly. Intuit offices are in states with the poorest worker protection laws and the greatest ability for the corporation to exploit their workforce. Sad Sad Sad...did I say Sad?
